Visa Requirements
India – Tourist Visa (U.S. – valid for up to ten years / Canadians – valid for up to twelve months), or Electronic Tourist Visa (eVisa- multiple-entry visa valid for up to twelve months). Visa required for most nationalities and must be obtained in advance of the cruise. Visas for pre-paid U.S. passport holders residing in the U.S. and Canadian passport holders residing in Canada are processed through VisaCentral – A CIBT Company. Please note the number of entries and validity are ultimately decided on by the India embassy. Sri Lanka – Tourist Electronic Travel Authority (Tourist ETA – All Nationalities) The Tourist ETA is valid for up to 30 days. All guests, regardless of nationality, must complete the process prior to departure, print and bring the Tourist ETA to submit at embarkation. Guests may apply as early as 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in Sri Lanka. The link to secure the Tourist ETA is http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/. Passports MUST be valid for at least six months past the cruise end date and a visa is mandatory for all non-exempt nationalities. Failure to produce the correct visa and valid passport at embarkation will result in denial of boarding. Birth certificates, copies of passports and passport cards are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice of your cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to cancel@gonext.com. (with a confirmation of receipt from us). The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations received by us on the days below before the date of departure.
